Farrel Borden
Strategic Account Director (US)
Farrel Borden has B.S. in Chemistry from East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania. After graduation, he spent the first part of his career in Analytical Research and Development at the North American headquarters of a multinational petrochemical company; primarily working with Mid-IR, Near-IR, Raman, and NMR spectroscopies. Since then, he has spent the past 20 years in Applications, Sales, and Business Development for several spectroscopy instrument, software, and spectral database companies. Outside of work, Farrel enjoys spending quality time with his family, rooting for the local Philadelphia sports teams (even when three of the teams lose their respective championships in the same year), and coaching & playing soccer.
